There are many causes for using cookies – the most important one is definitely saving data about the state of websites (details about adjustments), they also help with some web services, collecting statistics about users habits because that is the only way to keep track of websites visits. Companies can assess the effectiveness of their websites like suitability, ranks and number of ads that are offered to users on their websites.
